Nate and Jill Gerard were truly amazing! If you are looking for a team that absolutely cares about you as a person and what you are looking for in a house then Nate and Jill is the absolute best! They both went out of their way to set up showings even on a Holiday! Nate is very honest and will absolutely not allow you and your family to settle for anything less then what you want! They worked tirelessly to ensure that me and my family were taken care of from start right up to the day we signed for our home! I would absolutely recommend Nate and Jill to all Family and friends and will no doubt be using them anytime we need them! I can't say enough of how grateful we are to have had these two wonderful people cross our path in life and find our home! Thank you so much Nate and Jill Gerard for who you are and what you did for us!!

Nate was extremely responsive, knew the local market and exactly what to do to get the property ready. We had everything staged with new appliances, hardware and lighting fixtures within two weeks and his team was flawless with the listing. The first showing was an hour after listing and by the end of the weekend we had eight offers! Nate led us through the negotiation process and we accepted a cash offer for $50K more than we were expecting going into the process ($25K above the $300K list price). I can't emphasize enough how much we would recommend working with Nate and his team to sell or buy a property.

Nate helped us purchase our first home this spring. The property was highly sought after; within days of being listed there were multiple offers above asking. Our offer was chosen due to Nate’s guidance and negotiating skills. Nate educated us throughout the entire process and made sure we felt very confident in our decision!

In general, purchasing a house in another state was a very daunting task (to us), but Nate listened carefully to our requirements and helped us find our dream house in a very short period of time.

Wow! Where to begin? My family and I went from a difficult housing situation to our brand new dream home in a matter of weeks, and it all started with one phone call with Nate. I called Nate about one of his listings, and it was unfortunately already gone. Instead of leaving it there, he gave me the next hour of his time answering questions and learning more about my family's unique situation. I knew we had the right guy to help us find a new home. We first worked with Nate eight years ago to buy our first house. Our family had grown and we were ready for a bigger house. There was no question that we would use Nate again. He would reach out every once in a while over the years to see how things were going. You can tell he really cared about our family and that he wanted to see if there was anything he could do to help us. When the time came for us to sell, he helped us get our current home ready to sell. He hired an interior designer to come over and make suggestions. He helped contact contractors to complete jobs around the house. He even used a leaf blower to clean up our driveway the day we were getting pictures done! Once our house was ready to sell, he also helped us find a new house. While we were looking, you had to see houses the day they came on the market because they were going so fast. He was always able to meet us for a showing at a time that worked for our schedule the day the homes were listed. The house we ended up purchasing had multiple offers. He was able to help us put together a winning offer without overpaying. We are in love with our new house and we cannot thank Nate enough for all the work he put into making this process so easy and smooth!

Nate was the best realtor I have had the pleasure of working with. His positive attitude and helpfulness was wonderful. I would recommend him to anyone I know might be in the market to sell. He treats you like family. Sold my house in 12 hours. Great guy!!!
